How much is a tradie call-out fee on the Gold Coast?

Most Gold Coast tradies charge a call-out fee of about $110 to $190. For example, plumbers are typically $120–$180, electricians $110–$170, locksmiths $120–$180 and air con technicians $130–$190. After-hours call-outs cost more.

Can I get an emergency tradie after hours?

Yes, many Gold Coast plumbers, electricians and locksmiths do after-hours emergency work. Expect a higher call-out fee at night, on weekends and on public holidays, for example $250–$450 for an after-hours plumber.

Do tradies need a licence in Queensland?
